Learn the fundamental techniques of Krav Maga to defend yourself in real-life situations. Suitable for ages and fitness levels. This is a mixed adult group where male and female counterparts can engage in self-defense tactics which allows for more real life scenario training and more challenging skill and fitness building. Ages 16 and up may be considered to join this group at the Instructors discernment.
